She has more than 27 years' experience. She established and managed Rodriguez & Cavelier´s office in Medellin for 6 years, becoming a partner of said firm. She has worked with clients in different sectors such as corporate, mining, air transportation, airports, real estate and finance. She has been an arbitrator in litigation processes of private companies against governmental agencies.
She is amongst the leading experts in Aeronautical Law in Colombia and Latin America.
She holds a Ph.D. in International Economic Law from the University of Constanz, Germany and Post Ph.D. studies in Antitrust Law from the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt.
She has several publications in a range of prestigious national and international magazines.
She has been a lecturer in the graduate course of antitrust Law of the Javeriana University in Bogotá and in the graduate course of International Contracts of the Antioquia University in Medellín.
He has more than 12 years of experience assisting first line US and European based financiers and lessors in a wide array of transactions with Colombian airlines. In addition, he assists clients in mergers and acquisitions, cross-border financing transactions, and public tender procedures vis a vis the Colombian government including the defense sector.
He holds and LL.M. in International Air and Space Law from Leiden University in Leiden, in The Netherlands.
He has been a senior lecturer in Aviation Law at the Universidad del Rosario and has also been a lecturer at the Latin-American airline trade association ALTA and attends the Airfinance conferences in New York and Dublin.
She has 11 years experience in private, public and nonprofit companies such as Airplan, Metroplús, Parque Explora and the City of Medellin, where she worked in corporate, contract, administrative and real estate law.
She was a Senior lawyer at Rodriguez & Cavelier's Medellín office.
She has carried out a Master Degrees on Private Law and on Business Law in the Carlos III and the Francisco de Vitoria universities in Madrid. In this last institution she served as Academic Coordinator. She specialized in Arbitration in the EAFIT University of Medellín. Currently, she is a Ph.D. candidate of the Carlos III University and is carrying out an specialization in tax law in the Externado de Colombia University in Bogotá.
He has 7 years of experience. He was a lawyer at Rodriguez & Cavelier´s Medellín office where he worked in the corporate, aeronautical and antitrust law areas, counseling national and international clients.
He worked in Schiller Abogados in Madrid, in the Advertisement and Marketing Law area.
He has an LL.M. in International Law from the Law and Economy Institute of Madrid and a labor law specialization from the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana in Medellín.
