Marc Benjamin is a Partner in the Global M&A Practice Group at White & Case and a member of the Firm's Real Estate Industry Group, based in the Chicago office.
Marc's practice focuses on sophisticated real estate transactions, including the representation of institutional and private investors, and owners and developers in connection with the acquisition, disposition, development, financing and leasing of commercial real estate properties. Marc's practice also emphasizes the negotiation and structuring of complex joint venture agreements.
Marc's experience includes a wide range of asset types, including office buildings, shopping centers, hotels, land for residential development, industrial properties and vineyards.
He received his JD from Harvard Law School in 1989 and his BA from University of Wisconsin–Madison, with honors in 1986.
