Hans Rudolf Trüeb is a partner and serves on the management board of Walder Wyss. He graduated from Zürich University in 1987 and earned his doctorate degree in 1989. After studies at Boalt Hall Law School in Berkeley and various internships, he was admitted to the Bar in 1993 and henceforth practiced law in Zürich. Since 2000, Hans Rudolf Trüeb teaches at Zürich University Law School where he is an adjunct professor.
Hans Rudolf Trüeb is a member of the TMT Practice Group at Walder Wyss. He advises Swiss and international clients in matters of technology, IT, telecom, energy, competition, data protection and public procurement matters. He handles technology transfers, licensing, distribution, joint venture and outsourcing projects as well as corporate transactions in the IT industry. He is often retained as expert and represents clients in court or before arbitral tribunals. He is Co-Chair of the Zürich Bar's Technology and Telecom Law Practice Group and frequently speaks and publishes in this field.
