Gion Giger is a managing associate in the Information Technology, Intellectual Property and Competition Team. His preferred areas of practice include competition law, distribution law, litigation before courts and administrative bodies, contract, corporate and commercial law as well as legal aspects of information technology. Gion Giger is lecturer at the University of Zürich.
Born in 1975, Gion Giger was educated at the University of Berne (lic. iur. 1999), the University of Zürich (Dr. iur. 2003) and the King's College London (LL.M. in Competition Law 2009). He has working experience as a research assistant at the Universities of Berne and Zürich, as a trainee with Walder Wyss and as a law clerk at the District Court of Horgen.
Gion Giger speaks German, English, French, Italian and Romansh. He is registered with the Zürich Bar Registry and admitted to practice in all Switzerland.
