Tasdikiah Siregar is an Indonesian banking and finance lawyer with more than 20 years of experience. Her practice focuses on banking and finance, including aviation and shipping finance, mergers and acquisitions.
She has advised banks and other financial institutions on transactional debt finance work, mergers and acquisitions in the banking and finance sectors, and integrating foreign bank branch offices in Indonesia.

Tasdikiah has a strong relationship with Indonesia's aviation authorities, including the Directorate General of Civil Aviation. As a regular contributor to the Cape Town Convention implementation project in Indonesia, organised by the Aviation Working Group, Tasdikiah is a key contact of the Aviation Working Group for South East Asia.
Tasdikiah joined Makarim & Taira S in Jakarta in 1996 where she stayed for 15 years, becoming a partner in 2008. She has been a partner at Norton Rose Fulbright based in Jakarta since 2012, becoming founding partner of TNB & Partners in 2015.
She is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia – PERADI), the Association of Indonesian Capital Market Legal Consultants (Himpunan Konsultan Hukum Pasar Modal – HKHPM), and the Aviation Society of Indonesia (Masyarakat Hukum Udara).
