Eric Lesprit, is a partner within the Transfer Pricing team of Taj, an international law firm in France and a Deloitte network entity. He joined the team in 2015. Eric has 15 years of experience in transfer pricing and international tax, for business and individuals. He worked for the French Tax Administration and took part in the creation of the Advance Pricing Agreement program in France, before heading the Program, starting in 2008.
In 2013, Eric founded the "MEJEI", Mission d'Expertise Juridique et Economique Internationale, a new office of the French Tax Administration in charge of both the Mutual Agreement Procedure program and the Advance Pricing Agreement program.
At the international level, Eric was technical advisor for the IMF in Washington D.C., from 2003 to 2006, focusing on public revenues (taxes and customs duties). He also participated in the definition of the French positions in the context of European and OECD working sessions, especially regarding the fight against tax havens and the negotiation of agreements with non-cooperative countries regarding tax information exchanges.
Eric is graduated from the French Tax Administration School.
