In 2001, Dr Cazzaniga and her team were the first to be cited in the Italian section of IFLR1000 for IP, and Simona Cazzaniga was personally recommended, as she is constantly by Chambers & Partners.
She has been consistently mentioned by European Legal Experts, section "Intellectual Property" and in the Guide to the World's Leading Patent Law Practitioners; and her intellectual property practice is again the first recommended for the Italian jurisdiction by the American Lawyer in "IP Europe 2003".
In 2006 she was appointed vice-president of Centro Studi Anticontraffazione, an agency of Centro Studi Grande Milano (officially endorsed by the Italian Ministry of Industry) dealing with IP rights enforcement. Moreover, she was appointed as panellist of the Official Italian Design Jury.
