Enrico Adriano Raffaelli is co-founding partner of Rucellai & Raffaelli (1979) and he is based at the Milan office of the firm.
He studied at the University of Milan, where he graduated in law in 1973, and he was admitted to bar in 1976.
He has represented clients before European Commission, Italian Antitrust Authority, European Courts, TAR Lazio and Italian Council of State in several competition cases including Esselunga, Roche, K-Flex, Schering, LIDL, AstraZeneca, Medapharma, ANIE-Cobat, Lifescan, SEA, AssoAscensori, Gas Tecnici, 3M, Bosch, PSA.
He was frequent speaker on intellectual and industrial property rights, EU law and EU and national competition law at conferences and seminars; he has written numerous articles and books in the field of competition and IP Law and he has been promoting from 1992 the editions of the Treviso Conference on "Antitrust between EU Law and National Law" (the XIII will take place on 24-25 May 2018).
