Hardy is a lecturer and speaker at various universities and author of numerous national and international publications on tax matters.
He studied law and economics in Bayreuth and Hamburg (Buc Law School, PhD, 2004). He was admitted to the bar in 2007 and admitted as tax advisor in 2010. Hardy worked as an assistant at the Institute of Tax Law and the Law of Non-Profit-Organizations at Bucerius Law School, Hamburg, before he joined P+P in 2007 and was appointed as partner in 2014.
