Jeroen Kuppens acts as a Director Value Chain Management (VCM) and Transfer Pricing (TP) at Meijburg & Co in the Netherlands, based in Amsterdam.
Jeroen has more than 17 years experience in VCM and Transfer Pricing, based in Amsterdam and in New York. Before that, Jeroen worked for 8 years in international tax. Jeroen has extensive experience in many industries working for many different multinational groups.
Jeroen worked on large scale VCM and TP engagements, both as a project lead and as a tax and transfer pricing expert. He advised multinational enterprises on their entire value chain, from procurement through intangibles, covering many areas including organizational design, transfer pricing, exit taxation, permanent establishments, legal & tax structuring, etc.
He is a team player and has a strong drive to deliver. He has good understanding of the business, transfer pricing and tax issues that face multinationals today.
Jeroen published articles on VCM and transfer pricing in ITR and he is a reporter to the International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation (IBFD) on permanent establishments and e-commerce. He also lectures on business restructurings, transfer pricing and permanent establishments at the IBFD and at the SOB.
He holds a Master's Degree in Tax Law at the University of Amsterdam.
