Jeroen Dijkman is the partner responsible for leading Meijburg & Co's Transfer Pricing and Value Chain Management practice. Meijburg & Co is KPMG's tax member firm in the Netherlands.
Jeroen is a member of KPMG's Global Transfer Pricing Services Steering Committee, and KPMG's Global Transfer Pricing Services leadership team for the EMA region.
Jeroen has more than 20 years of experience. Prior to joining Meijburg & Co in 2003, Jeroen gained professional experience in corporate tax, corporate finance and transfer pricing with one of the world's largest electrical engineering and electronics providers in Germany. With his previous background from the industry, Jeroen is recognized for robust technical but operationally sensible transfer pricing solutions that are aligned with business objectives.
Jeroen was seconded to KPMG's Global Transfer Pricing Services practice in the San Francisco Bay Area in California in 2006 where he gained relevant experience in U.S. transfer pricing principles, high-tech, technology and digital economy industry aspects.
Jeroen has worked with many multinational business in conducting value chain management reviews, operational transfer pricing and implementation, preparing documentation, business and intangible property valuation analyses and other economic tax advisory services. Jeroen has also negotiated a significant number of Advance Pricing Agreements with tax authorities and has assisted on a continuous basis in competent authority matters, tax audits and litigation.
Following OECD transfer pricing guidelines combined with experience of tax authorities' interpretations, Jeroen has extensive experience in developing transfer pricing options that align strategic and business objectives while meeting tax objectives for businesses in transformation upon restructuring or post-acquisition.
Making use of Jeroen's background in corporate finance, he has also assisted Meijburg & Co's clients with transfer pricing aspects of intra-group financing and cash pool arrangements.
Jeroen's experience covers a wide range of industries, including media and telecommunication, logistics and shipping, energy and natural resources, consumer products, pharmaceutical, high-tech and technology.
Jeroen holds a Master's degree in Fiscal Economics from the Erasmus University of Rotterdam. Jeroen frequently lectures at conferences and seminars and he is a member of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers (NOB).
