Ines Pöschel is a partner at Kellerhals Carrard Zurich KIG and co-chair of the Kellerhals Carrard Practice Group.
Ms Pöschels main areas of work lie in law and regulations of corporate and capital markets, she leads M&A transactions for public and private companies including restructurings and insolvencies. She also advises her clients on executive employment, compensation as well as on corporate governance and liability questions, and litigates board liability and post-transaction disputes. She regularly advises general counsels of large-size national and multinational enterprises in many fields, sometimes acting as an „external general counsel".
Ms Pöschel graduated from the University of Zurich in 1996, completed the Executive Program at Stanford University in 2018 and the Corporate Director Certificate from Harvard Business School in 2020.
She lectures frequently at the ETH Swiss Federal Institute for Technology (MAS Corporate Finance) and at the University of St. Gallen (CAS Global Negotiator).
Ms Pöschel is a member of the Swiss Federal Expert Council for the Commercial Register and Company Law and a member of the Advisory Board to the Corporate Governance Competence Centre of the University of St. Gallen.
