Piotr Nowaczyk is a chartered arbitrator, a qualified mediator, FIDIC accredited adjudicator, and WIPO expert, an ex ICC court member and a member of the Vienna Centre's advisory board. He served as president of the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce between 2006 and 2009 and was the delegate for Uncitral Working Group II on arbitration and conciliation.
He was admitted as an advocate in Poznan in 1984, Paris in 1993, and Warsaw in 1994.
