Bruno is a partner and head of the Construction and Procurement Department at Herbots.
Since qualifying in 1990, Bruno has practiced in the areas of construction law and public procurement law. Initially, with the practice of Flamme Coppens Horsmans Malherbe (Brussels), Masons (London), Matheson and McCann FitzGerald (Dublin).
Bruno has been recommended by Who's Who Legal, Legal 500 Europe and Chambers Europe as "top notch on construction and procurement matters", "a real legal strategist" and is considered "a star with the 'X' factor in construction and procurement law".
Bruno specialises in national and international (litigious and non-litigious) capital engineering projects, and in particular in the pharma and data centre sector.
Bruno is a lecturer at:
(a) Trinity College Dublin's Diploma in Construction Law and Contract Administration;
(b) University College Dublin's Diploma in Arbitration; and
(c) Maynooth University's Diploma in Procurement Law.
