Pascal Luquet is an attorney-at-law and is leading the transfer pricing department within Mazars Tax in France. He is a partner of Mazars Société d'Avocats, which is the Tax Law firm member of the Mazars Group.

Pascal has an extensive experience in transfer pricing and international tax services for multinational or national groups. He has led several important global engagements in the manufacturing and retail industries covering multiple countries and expertises (tax, social, global mobility..). Pascal is highly experienced in Dispute resolution services, in particular APAs, MAPs and EAC.
After 25 years with Fidal, in the KPMG Network, where he was leading a team of 20 economist and tax consultants. Pascal was looking for a more entrepreneurial and more integrated firm and Mazars offered him this challenge on 2016.
Pascal is developing the International Tax and Transfer Pricing services. He is assisted by another partner, two senior manager (among which a former tax inspector), one manager (senior economist) and several staff. He also relies on the work of the Center of Excellence (a team of 25 employees located in Budapest, Hungaria) for the Benchmarking activities. The activity of his team is growing rapidly and Pascal and his team are in a position to assist clients all over the World on all aspects:
- CbCR together with the consolidation team of Mazars,
- VCTC (Value Chain Transformation and Compliance) together with the IT consulting services of Mazars,
- Global documentation (Masterfile and local files),
- Training of in house tax and finances teams,
- Dispute resolution (tax audit assistance, Advance Pricing Agreements, Mutual Agreement Procedures, European Arbitration Convention).
Pascal is a member of the Hauts de Seine Bar since 1995 and teaches transfer pricing and international tax to the Masters of the Montpellier Law University. He has authored various articles and made several presentation to enterprises. For example, he recently presented a conference together with Pascal Saint Amans Head of Tax center Policy of the OECD (Tax World 18 months after BEPS).
