Grace Tang is a tax partner in EY Hong Kong and she specializes in the field of corporate and business tax advisory. Grace has over 20 years of experience advising domestic and multinational companies on corporate reorganization, regional and cross border tax planning, tax restructuring for IPO as well as domestic tax and compliance matters. Grace's practice covers an array of industries including oil and gas, manufacturing, consumable products and retail.
She was named as one of the World's "Leading Tax Advisors" in Euromoney / Legal Media Group's Guide to the World's Leading Tax Advisors in 2014 and 2016. She was also selected for inclusion in the Women in Business Law Guide as one of the leading tax practitioners in the World.
Grace was the Vice Chairman of the Taxation Committee of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce from 2013 to 2015 and was elected the Chairman of this Committee in 2016. She represents the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce at the Joint Liaison Committee on Taxation which provides comments to The Financial Services and The Treasury Bureau of Hong Kong on tax policies.
Grace is a frequent speaker at seminars organized by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council and at external tax conferences.
