Dr Florian Endrös is a founding partner of the Franco-German law firm EBA Endrös-Baum Associés, specialising in industrial risk, product liability and safety, as well as the related insurance law.
Dr Endrös holds a dual degree in law from the University of Munich and the University Paris 1 (Panthéon-Sorbonne). He is the author of a doctoral thesis on defective product liability in Europe, with a special focus on France.
Registered at the Munich Bar and the Paris Bar, Dr Endrös practised at an international commercial law firm for several years before helping to found a law firm specialising in industrial risk. In 2007, after nearly 16 years' experience in this field, he and his team of lawyers created EBA Endrös-Baum Associés.
As an associate professor at the University of Cergy-Pontoise (Paris), Dr Endrös also participated for several years in a European programme to provide training in German law to French lawyers.
He has in-depth experience of complex international proceedings, especially in the fields of industrial risk, plant construction, product liability and product safety, as well as contract and insurance law, handling litigation before judicial courts as well as under international arbitration proceedings.
With long-standing experience in French summary expert proceedings, Dr Endrös is also the author of a number of books, essays and other publications on this subject.
