Eftichia has more than 15 years of professional experience in tax consulting services, with a specialization in transfer pricing and international taxation. Eftichia has led engagement teams on transfer pricing documentation projects for numerous clients operating in various industries. She has also led a significant number of projects involving transfer pricing planning and also has wide experience in tax and transfer pricing controversy.
Eftichia has been engaged with and successfully led the transfer pricing planning and advice for multinational groups of companies in all industry areas, including setting up their transfer pricing documentation, assisting with tax and transfer pricing controversy, and also negotiating advance pricing agreements (APAs) and mutual agreement procedures (MAPs).
Eftichia is a member of the Athens Bar Association since 1999, holding a degree in Law and LLM in public law from the University of Athens, and a DEA in public finances and taxation from the University of Paris 2 (Pantheon-Assas).
