Firas Zebian, Deloitte US, is a Ph.D. economist and a Principal in the transfer pricing practice. He has thirteen years of professional and research experience, including nine years of transfer pricing consulting experience. Dr Zebian has extensive experience in leading restructuring projects, including the design, implementation and defense of IP principals, operating principals, and service principals. He also advises clients on cost sharing, intangible valuation (including the valuation and defense of a multi-billion dollar IP transactions), global documentation, headquarter cost allocation (including the design and implementation of charge outs for $2 Billion in costs), intercompany financing, and audit defense.
Dr Zebian has experience in multiple industries and is a regular speaker on transfer pricing and business model optimization issues at the International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation (IBFD) and Tax Executive Institute (TEI) among others.
