Juan Ignacio (Willy) de Molina, Deloitte Spain (Legal), is a Partner in the Barcelona office. He joined Deloitte in 2009 as transfer pricing partner in the International Tax group. He has over 20 years of experience working with large multinationals in the transfer pricing and international tax fields. From 1997 to 2009, he worked at Ernst & Young in their Barcelona and New York offices.
As leader of the Transfer Pricing practice in Deloitte Spain, Willy manages a team of 60 professionals in five offices (Barcelona, Madrid, Sevilla, Bilbao, and Vigo).
Willy studied Economics at the University of Barcelona. He has an MBA from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra, a postgraduate course in Business Valuation from New York University (New York) and a Management Development Program from IESE.

Willy specializes in tax-efficient supply chain management structures, global transfer pricing projects, valuation of intangibles, business restructurings, financing structures, R&D, and IT licensing.
He provides advisory services in the context of tax audits, advance pricing agreements (APAs), and mutual agreement procedures (MAPs).
His transfer pricing industry expertise extends to the following sectors: banking, insurance, pharmaceuticals, real estate, chemicals, automobiles, software, energy (including renewable), manufacturing, and consumer products.
Under Willy's leadership, Deloitte Spain's transfer pricing practice has been recognized by International Tax Review as the best transfer pricing practice in Spain for 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2016. He has been included in a list of the "Best Lawyers" in Spain since 2014.
