Simon Le Wita advises French and international companies on the full spectrum of commercial, financial and international litigation matters, as well as on corporate restructuring and insolvency proceedings, particularly within the framework of cross-border transactions.

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2007, Simon graduated from the ESSEC Grande Ecole (2004-2007) and holds a degree and an advanced degree (DEA) in business law and economics from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (2004).
Before joining De Pardieu Brocas Maffei in 2007 as an associate, he started his career at Calyon Americas in New York City (2006-2007). He was appointed as Counsel in 2018.
