Pierre-Sébastien joined CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats in 1984. He was the managing partner of the firm's New York office from 1994 to 1997. He was a member of the management board of the firm from 2000 to 2004 and served as chairman of the management board from 2004 to 2012. He was also chairman of the CMS executive committee from 2003 to 2008 and a member of the executive committee from 2008 to 2012. From July 2012 to 2015 he was chairman of the supervisory board of CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats.
Pierre-Sébastien has specialised in international taxation for about years. He has actively contributed to the development of the firm's international taxation department, counting more than 50 lawyers as of today.
Pierre-Sébastien is a member of the Institute for Tax Advisors (IACF), the International Fiscal Association (IFA), the International Bar Association (IBA) and the French Association for Corporate Legal Advisors (ACE). He is also a member of the advisory council of the Institut de l'Entreprise and the commission for French economic growth, chaired by Jaques Attali. He is a director of the French branch of ICC.
He regularly participates in the European Tax Conference.
Pierre-Sébastien holds a postgraduate degree (DESS) in corporate law (University of Aix-Marseille, DJCE).
A French native speaker, he is fluent in English and German.
