Antoine is a Senior Associate at CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats in Paris. He joined the international tax department of the firm in April 2015. Before joining CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats, Antoine worked for five years in the transfer pricing team of Deloitte, in France. He started his career at the headquarters of a French pharmaceutical Group where he was allocated regional responsibilities and actively participated on global supply chain strategies, the pricing of new intercompany transactions and numerous post-merger projects.
Antoine assists his clients in planning and corporate restructurings, supply chain projects, advance pricing agreements, transfer pricing compliance and documentation and tax audit support.
Antoine advises his clients in various sectors, such as cosmetics, pharmaceutical and medical sectors as well as consumer goods, heavy industries and finance. He has set up and implemented complex profit split models for the valuation of technologies and trademarks.
Antoine provides transfer pricing trainings with DJH International Tax for professionals preparing the Advanced Diploma in International Taxation. He also provided training in Africa in the context of the increasing transfer pricing requirements in the continent. He regularly participates to CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats contributions to the OECD in the framework of answers to call for comments, especially in the context of the BEPS project.
Antoine is an Attorney at law and graduated with a degree in Corporate Law from the University of Lyon III.
Antoine is fluent in French and English.
