Peter has over 27 years' experience working for the aviation industry, including working for a Hong Kong airline in the early 1990s and working for legal practices in Singapore and Hong Kong over the last 22 years. He handles a broad range of legal advice to airlines, general aviation and business jet operators, airports, manufacturers, MRO's, ground handlers and all of these players' insurers and reinsurers across the Asia Pacific, Europe and the Americas.
Peter advises on acquisitions and procurement, nationality and ownership rules, licensing, operational risk management, contracts, insurance, compliance (including health and safety, sanctions, data privacy, competition law), contingency planning, emergency response, investigations, prosecutions, claims, plaintiff and defence work in uninsured disputes including asset preservation and injunctions, debt recoveries and bankruptcy proceedings.
Peter is recognised as a prolific industry presenter and is regularly invited to speak at major aviation conferences including IATA and AAPA events, Corporate Jet Investor Asia and the Aviation Law Association of Australia & New Zealand (ALAANZ) annual conference.
