An economist by training, Holly Glenn specializes in transfer pricing. She has led transfer pricing engagements of all types for companies in a wide range of industries, including restructuring intercompany arrangements for tax planning, preparing US and foreign documentation; audit defence and litigation; MAP cases; and negotiating bilateral and unilateral Advance Pricing Agreements.
Throughout more than two decades of transfer pricing practice, Holly has served as the global transfer pricing adviser for key client accounts. In this role, she has become intimately familiar with the intercompany transactions and tax strategies of the client; coordinated and directed resolution of transfer pricing matters inside and outside the United States; advised on opportunities for tax planning; identified needs for fresh approaches based on the growth and change in the business, industry, and regulatory climate; and led the development of Master File and Local file documentation and CbCR compliance.
Ms. Glenn has been closely involved with the OECD's projects related to the Transfer Pricing Guidelines and the BEPS Action items, representing taxpayers' interests before the OECD.
She holds a BA in political science from Brown University and an MA and PhD (ABD) in economics from the University of Maryland.
