Roberta Gallardo is partner at Arias since 2007. She joined the firm in 1999 and became an Associate in 2003, with emphasis in the corporate, commercial, contracts and mergers and acquisitions.
She leads the Mergers & Acquisitions practice and specializes in Corporate and Finance matters. In recent years she has taken part in major M&A's and has led multi-jurisdictional cases, demonstrating excellent leadership and knowledge. She also provides day to day legal assistance to companies operating in El Salvador, advising on corporate structure and restructuring, corporate governance, corporate compliance, and regulatory matters.
In addition, she has been very active in the area of Banking & Finance for many years, participating in financial deals and highly complex Diversified Payment Rights operations for different companies.
Roberta holds a Law Degree from Universidad Dr José Matías Delgado, graduated with honors and is authorized as a Practicing Attorney and Notary Public by the Supreme Court of Justice of El Salvador. She attended the Program of Negotiation for Lawyers (PIL) at Harvard Law School, Cambridge, Massachusetts.
