Hironori Shibata is a partner at Anderson Mori & Tomotsune, where he leads its capital markets team. He advises investment banks, other financial institutions, and issuers of debt and equity securities, on regulatory matters. He also advises in domestic and cross-border transactions, including initial public offerings, global offerings, straight and convertible bond issues, and other financings in the international public and private markets.
