1) Digital Dox Implementation for South African headquartered multinationals (and rollout across their global subsidiaries).
Deloitte Transfer Pricing (TP) Digital DoX is a web-based platform that can be used to work collaboratively with clients to prepare, update, and distribute group TP documentation. It reduces the compliance burden associated with this process and facilitates the streamlining of the preparation of TP documentation across multiple jurisdictions.
This solution assists clients to address the issues arising as a result of the changing TP environment and increased compliance burden in the form of an automated and simplified process for the preparation of documentation, namely TP Master File, Local File or stand-alone reports.

2) Tax Impact of the King IV code of corporate governance
The King IV code of corporate governance is the amended governance code recently enacted in South Africa. King IV has been introduced into the South African environment, for the first time, the concept of adequate and transparent tax governance. Deloitte South Africa has been assisting clients to comply with their tax governance obligations in terms of the King IV code, as part of the tax function effectiveness and tax risk management framework.
Compliance with the King IV code is, part of the overall tax risk management function. Tax Risk Management is a service offering of Deloitte Africa Tax & Legal.
3) Africa Center for Tax –
The Africa Center for Tax (ACT), which is based in Johannesburg, South Africa, is a regional delivery center established to supported its local, near shore and offshore compliance activities, covering its operations across 53 countries on the African continent.
The client faced the challenge in Africa of tracking its multiple operations across multiple jurisdictions, keeping pace with each jurisdiction's tax and accounting laws.
