Axel Eigelshoven is a tax partner with Deloitte & Touche GmbH and a member of the European transfer-pricing team in Düsseldorf. He has worked for more than nine years in Germany and also in the US. Mr Eigelshoven's clients include German DAX 30 multinationals as well as other European, Japanese, and US corporations operating in a wide range of industries, including the automobile, machinery manufacturing, airline, utilities, pharmaceutical, and chemical sectors. In partnership with his clients, Mr Eigelshoven develops transfer-pricing policies and provides documentation that complies with German and OECD rules. Moreover, he implements global earnings mobilization strategies and represents his clients in transfer prices tax audits, competent authority proceedings, and APAs. Mr Eigelshoven is a certified tax adviser and a member of the Tax Advisors Association. He is editor of Article 9 in the Tax Treaty Commentary of Vogel/Lehner, co-author of the IBFD transfer pricing commentary The Tax Treatment of Transfer Pricing, co-author of Feinschreiber, Transfer Pricing International: A Country-by-Country Guide, and has also published various articles in German and international tax journals. Moreover, he is a frequent speaker in national and international seminars. For many years, Mr Eigelshoven has been listed as a leading transfer-pricing expert by Euromoney. Mr Eigelshoven graduated with a Dipl-Kfm. (MBA) from the University of Cologne. |
