Olivier Sciales is a founding partner of the law firm Chevalier & Sciales. He specializes in investment fund work focusing mainly on the structuring and implementation of investment funds. Recent work includes advising clients (often private equity and hedge fund promoters) with the set-up and implementation of Luxembourg umbrella specialized investment funds (SIF). He obtained his law degree from the University of Antwerp (with distinction) and holds an LLM (Master of Laws) degree from Cornell University, New York (US). Prior to establishing Chevalier & Sciales, he worked in the Belgian and Luxembourg offices of major law firms.
